Telkom is terrible.

They need a lesson in customer service. The 72-hour turnaround time to solve any issue is ridiculously too long and an absolute lie. They need to do better in every aspect of their business. The total lack of support both in the branch and via the customer line needs to be seriously addressed. And let's be honest, Telkom doesn't care, and they will never change and do better.
