Telkom Is Terrible

Dear hello Peter

My name is Sechaba Raditla and I'm a Medical Officer employed by the Gauteng department of Health and im also a student at Sefako Makgatho University. The University gives us free data across all networks and unfortunately my sim card is Telkom

Every month we receive 20GB of day and an additional 20GB of data for night as well, however mine is never used up by the end of the month because the network always never works. I once had the same problem and called telkom helpline and they told me that I must move around, that I might be far from a network tower, this was when I was living in Hammanskraal, a little township 42 km north of Pretoria. I thought perhaps this was because of living in a rural area.

I'm now living in Pretoria at Steve biko and belvedere at Lebone college and even here the network just never works. Right now I can't download material to study because I have 20gb sitting in my phone that is not working because telkom is giving me a sub standard service.

I wanted to make this matter public before I migrate to a better network and also instruct all my class mates who use this network to do the same because we can't fail exam just because we are failed by a network. My number is ***
