Telkom is terrible

Telkom is such a bad service provider. I use my internet for work. There was a payment that failed and now they had to debit me with the charges. They debited me R514 for R155 wifi router and I went to them on Saturday asking why my internet still not working as they taken their money but they said it takes 48 hours but today its Thursday and I still do not have internet.
