Telkom is terrible.

They deserve zero rating. I had a missed a payment with Telkom for my contract they suspended my number and on the 25 they debited the money owed as expected but still my number is suspended. Its been almost two weeks after paying but still my account is suspended. I've been calling them and they promised 4 to 24 hours and now when I try to reach out to them they keep me waiting on the line.

I am now receiving smses saying I am owing Telkom even though I have settled everything with them. This has been very inconveniencing for me and I would like to advise you all that never ever go for them, they have a very Terrible experience.

The very same Huawei device I'm enquiring on can't register whatsapp it says "I must get an official whatsapp" yet I am using the legit whatsapp app.

I was able to use whatsapp previously but it just out the blue gave me that error. My number is suspended and a useless device cause I always use whatsapp now I'm forced to get a new device.

What a useless service provider with its staff that doesn't understand customer service. Rhaaaaa!!
