Telkom is terrible

This damn telkom accounts ridiculous. I had notified them that I'm unemployed and that I can do efts. So for a year now I have been doing eft through my tyme account. Then I noticed they been debiting me from my time bank for two months now and when there is no money it bouncing back to them and then they charge me the penalty and then cut my line without notification and they were not authorized to debit my tyme bank at all. I am really ****ed off with them and accounts is not reachable you can only log a complaint and wait for them to call you ***
