Telkom is terrible
<p>Telkom they offer horrible services. i do not know how they train their call centre people, but is just horrible. the things they advertise on TV is not a true reflection of what you will receive. i have been waiting for my case to be addressed till now it has not been addressed. when you call they tell you different things. </p>

telkom is playing games with me. I dont know what else to do. I reported a matter to them in March now its April still no feedback. And they will be deducting money from my account for something that they are failing to solve. How do i pay for services that i am not receiving. Telkom does not have costumer care. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
