TELKOM IS TERRIBLE

<p>So, this is the second time I had to waste 5 minutes of my time to come write a review on hello peter about terrible Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again I have asked them to send me a statement each month so I can pay my account, wishful thinking, it did not happen and I paid the amount I was told. I paid it without a statement, today on 12 Dec I receive a statement with the wrong amount and um hello?? Why the hell on the 12th of Dec? It is the middle of the month?? Normally you start with the first day but because they do not know how to deliver service it comes with no surprise. </p> <p> </p> <p>So, dear Telkom, I am just writing this as proof incase you take me to court one day because I did not pay my account because you told me its R206 in the shop and then you send me a statement of R214 in the middle of the month after I asked for it many times. This will be proof of your bad service and you will need to fix this asap unless you want a 3rd hello peter message. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lizane</p>
