Telkom is terrible

<p>Hi my name is nico I am absolutely disgusted with Telkom service I had a line with them about 6 months ago and I went into the branch requesting my line to be transferred to someone else and I did I signed forms and everything and 3 months later they still charged me for the full 3 months so R1600 has been taken from me for something I didn't use and now I've tried to sort it out and none of the staff members at Telkom want to help me get my money back its absolutely pathetic and they even have the cheek to send me a message saying I'm in arrears now their service is disgisting</p>
