Telkom Is Terrible

My Sim Card has been blocked for a month now the first time i called i was told it will be sorted in 5 hours, Ive been calling every week now and speaking to a different person i have asked how i can escalate and the call center says with us and nothing happens.

please note i do not OWE them ANYTHING this is a phone i use for most of my things !!!!!!!!!!
