Telkom is terrible

My internet has been down now for 3 weeks i have several ref numbers the technician came and said it was a cable fault the technician was from (open serve) he then said he would come back the next day that was 2 weeks ago i have my own business which requires internet connection when i called telkom again today they tokd me that the problem is underground but she cant help me
