Telkom is terrible

Telkom is a a whole lot of BS. Every day you will get the same story from a consultant. Its been over 1 week that technicians have been working on the same problem, with no feed back from them, but as a client you have to call and wait for hours before someone answers. This is wanting me to change my network provider.
