Telkom is terrible

We have 2 lines with Telkom for internet. I work from home and loose money each day that I can not work. Telkom gets paid every month fro.m my hubby's bank account. I have been for 5 days without signal. The problem has been reported several times. Nobody get to fixing it. Telkom you are going to loose 2 contracts very soon. Are you going to reimburse me for days lost due to your negligence???
