Telkom is TERRIBLE

We have had a huge problem with intermittent to no internet since 04 May 2022 til now. Telkom opens service numbers and then closes them within 2 weeks saying the problem with their tower has been sorted out in the mean time having done nothing. Just **********ly reporting case has been resolved. They refuse to help you on their customer care line and just keep telling you to pay for a service not being received. This is the biggest mistake of my life opening this account. I have been driven nearly mad by these people who don't care at all for their customers or the service being provided. Horrific horrific horrific.
