Telkom is Super USELESS!!!!!

Our Telkom line has been discontinued because their agents are ridiculously *********** and are unable to simply keep the line and have the data package stopped. We have been calling them since last month, and spoken to numerous consultants who promise the same thing. Their dispatch team is bunch of delinquents who prefer to sit and chill on random street corners than doing their job!! They were supposed to come out on the 21 July 2015, and they sent a\sms"to notify us. We have not received any form of communication from them"
