Telkom is sucks

I recently app**** for a A54 with Telkom around the 10 of May. Thobile Nthuli from the sales department assisted and promised constant and regular feedback throughout my application. He **** and was only interested in making a sale as despite numerous follows ups( calls and emails) on the application no feedback was recieved at all. 17th May I called into Telkom with the request to cancel my application as a whole because there was no updates or feedback recieved. The agent advised cancelation will take place within 24 hours. To my surpise I recieved a notification on the 24 May to advise me that a delivery is expected from telkom today which was indeed cancelled. This is really poor customer service. Never would I ever consider taking a a contract with Telkom again.
