Telkom is such a disappointment

So it seems business is so good that Telkom is just not interested in getting business. For approx 3 weeks now we have been trying to get an internet connection at home. We checked on their outdated site which indicated that have coverage for adsl. Called in and it was confirmed that we have a connection at home for adsl. Purchased adsl/wireless modem. The technician came to test and install the adsl line and we apparently now don't have coverage, neither do we have wireless or lte but surrounding areas all have these connections. So basically Telkom is unable to provide us with an advertised service nor do they have any interest in providing a solution. once again a disappointment.. <br>
