Telkom is substandard

<p>Bought a Telkom Landline voucher online accidentally and needed it to be a Telkom Mobile voucher. Went to Telkom Rosebank and they said they could not help me and called Telkom 10210 number and they said the same thing. Can anyone help or is Telkom's systems totally useless to their new clients?</p> <p> </p> <p>Can anyone help???</p>
