Telkom is straight up ******ing its clients and their actions are ********!

In November last year I cancelled my contract with Telkom. It was the end of the end of the term and the phone they had given me was barely a phone. Everything about it was subpar and it was way overprices for the cheap specs it had. I returned the phone, cancelled my contact, and due to my habit of paying a month ahead, they had to refund me the money, and they did. three months later they seized my number claiming that i owed them thousands of rand and proceeded to hire a third party to harass me daily (Debt in). When i contacted them (multiple times) to explain, they didnt even know they had taken the phone from me. As s result of my dealings with Telkom. I apparently owe them about 5000ZAR and have permanently lost my cell phone number. I will ne pursuing this though multiple ombudsman and i will make sure they find a way to reinstate the number they has seized without cause or compensate me for the loss of business that resulted from that and the loss of international packages that were associated that number,
