Telkom is stilling data from us to ****** more money from customers

I have been with Telkom for more than 10 years and they have been the best network in terms of their billing system, recently they have turned the other leaf where they will still my data and not be able to justify it. I raised a complaint about more than 5gb disappearing within an hour and insisted they investigate with a consultant who was refusing to lodge an inquiry for me and was rude in n the process of talking down on me. I was supposed to be called and merely received an SMS saying my investigation had been closed and there was.nky explanation with it. Now I have lost yet another 1.5gb. This network is suddenly *****ing from us and it is wrong. I want my data back and all of it
