Telkom is still as bad as it was 30 yrs ago - really sucks, your just a number and theres plenty more where you came from

Almost no internet - ADSL rates - snail pace internet -15 minutes to open and get onto hello Peter. I am paying for a service then being made to stand half hr in a queues to lodge complaint that I am not getting that service. Its called stone walled, they know there is a problem but just do not care. 3 months of going in standing in "we do not care, you can wait" queues waiting for assistant getting reference # and thats the last I hear of it. Month end I get billed for top service and must go in again to complain - still almost no internet.
