Telkom is *****ling my money!!!

<p>Earlier this year i made an application for two phones with Telkom, before the phones were delivered i called them to tell them that i will not be around as i had to attend a funeral. They delivered the phones to my work place and when they called i told them that i am not around and that they should come back the following week. They never came back and i do not have the phones but they are debitting my account. On the 25th October they debitted R4700 from my account which i reversed, two days later they debitted my account again using a different reference number. I really need assistance as i have to pay rent and buy food as Telkom is busy taking my money for nothing!!!!!</p>
