Telkom is *****ing my Spend Limit Balance for Subscription Services that I have not Subscribed to

I want to share my complaint here that I recently lodged to telkom....

I need to lodge a complaint regarding the billing for my telkom mobile contract with number 081*******. I keep getting opted in for subscription services that I did not agree or sign up to over the last 2 months for which I have made multiple calls. I have set my mobile spend limit to R250 per month because I buy mobile data from time to time. Everytime i check my spend limit I see that there is money deducted from it for subscription services that I did not sign up or opt in for, when I call telkom the CSR's keep telling me that opting in to these services are done on the customer's end and they opt me out because your telkom mobile app does not have opt out option. I have never used this services. If I want free downloads/ringtones/videos/games then I can just download this from torrent sites, I'm not a idiot to subscribe to this ****. I'm being subscribed to this site's in a devious way and telkom is taking no responsibility. I want a complaint lodged, I want a reference number because I want to take this issue up with ICASA, the Consumer Protector and Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association (WASPA) because I want all my money back. I will also be lodging a complaint on hellopeter.com as well as Facebook because what you are doing is robbing me in my face and apparently because this is subscribed to from the customers end so there is nothing I can do. If this is happening to other customers then you are *******. When I spoke to the Csr from telkom she could not even log a complaint or provide a reference number or escalate my call to a line manager... How weird is this? Where is the customer service? This was the first time I rated telkom negatively for there NPS survey. I bet they will not even follow up on this to find out why they were rated badly and to find out what it is they could do to improve the customer experience. But then again this is a typical Telco giant that do as they please.

Thank you... A very disappointed customer.
