TELKOM IS *****ING MY MONEY VIA DEBIT ORDER

I have negative ratings not even one star, I finished paying my contract last month but Telkom still debited an amount that I dint even agreed to that they wont even have proof of this transaction.I thought they were ****** from the begining because according to their records I have an address that doesnt even belong to be of Durban and ive never even been to in the first place during my service with them.I received an sms on the night my contract ended saying my subsription has been sucessfuly completed.what subsription now at night?I later before payday received an sms , a debit order reminder of what I dont even know even now.I went further as to notify on their app that I dont agree with this croockery but I still had no responce from them which I see they have never responded to any of anyones msg and this is bad.They debited my account for nothing infact they stole my money, I reversed the debit order and its gonna cost me now.I hope the new law for unauthirized debit order will help me againts these *******.
