Telkom is *****ing my money and not providing a service!!!?

A Telkom manager better phone me!!!! I app**** for a service the begining of October for 10MBs LTE UNCAPPED!!!! Used it for October perfectly. Paid my bill the beginning of Novemver its the16th of November and I am out of DATA but I am on an uncapped package. Phoned Telkom call centre 4 times. I speak to an operator as soon as I explain that I am on uncapped and how can I be out of data the line gets cut off and nobody phones me back. My cellphone nr is on the system they have infront of them. Absolutely sh! t customer service!!!! And so now my LTE doesnt have any data on it. So I paid R1270 for no service. Love it!!!
