Telkom is *****ing my money

I have finished paying Telkom a long time ago. Also I do not use the sim card anymore. So I do not have any subscriptions or anything of that sort that I must pay. You have debited my account without consulting me that is *****ing .

Kindly forward me all the payments I have made to Telkom. Also advise me on how much at the end of the contract am I supposed to pay the total of all the installments and my contract end date Most importantly refund me all my money back including bank charges
