TELKOM IS *****ING MY MONEY

Telkom loaded a monthly debit of R288 for data that I did not order and that I do not use. They loaded it in June 2018 and in November I picked it up on my account. I called numerous times and was assured the amounts would be reversed and the data would be cancelled from my account going forward. The amount is still on my account and it is February 2019!!! Not cool!! Let's see if this call centre operator can get it right and REMOVE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
