TELKOM IS *****ING MY MONEY

So i recently opened an account with Telkom for wifi. I was billed twice for my first payment and when i asked for my refund they said they would only give a portion back. My bill for June was R400 because of prorata but i was billed R800 and was told only R111 was going to be refunded. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my refund. My initial bill is R289 but for this month of August my bill is R578. I have been trying to get hold of them for the passed 48 hours but nobody has contacted me. I am having such a bad experience with telkom and they are very disappointing.
