Telkom is *****ing my money

I cancelled one of my contracts on 27/02/2018, a month before it expired, via email with cancellation form as instructed and what a surprise - THE CONTRACT WAS NOT CANCELLED. And again Telkom is *****ing my money by making me pay for something I do not need!!!!!
