TELKOM IS *****ING MY MONEY

I tried linking my showmax account with my Telkom account but I got an error message saying my request could not be processed, something went wrong. I then gave up and linked my showmax subscription with my DSTV account.

Telkom decided to take my money even though the link was not successful. I reversed the money from my bank now they put penalties and it turns out I owe them R 800 even though I do dot have any services with them.

The are claiming that on their it shows that I have showmax which I don't and I even verified with Showmax and they confirmed that my account is linked to DSTV and NOT with TELKOM.
