Telkom is *****ing money from clients Unable to deliver their end of the deal

For the last 3 months Telkom has charged me for my 10gig promo package and has not loaded it on my account. I have logged two complaints with there help line and no support or result was given. They have bad help service which never returns to your complaints and now they are charging me money and not delivering there package deals as stated in their contract number in question *** Telkom ow's me 30 gigs of data that I paid for already
