Telkom is *****ing from me

Telkom is *****ing from me, i cancelled their contract in Feb, they are still taking my money and i have no one to talk to at Telkom, because at the branch they say cancellations are processed over the phone and they gave me a number to call. they told me its done but they still debit. i want my money back
