Telkom is *****ing from me

Telkom please tell me why do I still pay for a subscription every month but my contract ended in January? Which I did cancel in November already. I can stop my debit order at the bank but every month there's a debit order. I'm getting fed up paying for something that I don't even have. If I got the data that I'm paying for it will be ok but, you stopped my contract. So what now? Am I contributing to someone's pension fund?
