TELKOM IS *****ING DATA FROM CLIENTS Have you ever wondered where why your Telkom Data dissapears, read carefully. Today, 23.02.2023, I bought Telkom data of 1GB and within 30minutes it was gone. I then decided to check this out properly. I bought again 2GB and started to download and measure the Data usage and I found out major discrepancies. I started of with 2.20GB on my Telkom WiFi Modem (****le) ***) and downloaded 740 emails of 110MB in total. When I am done downloading the emails, I checked the remaining balance on my Telkom WiFi Modem and to my surprise I was remaining with a balance of 1.71GB instead of 2.09GB. A total of 500MB was taken even though I have effectively used 110MB. This is how I realised that Telkom is *****ing our Data. The usage is 5 time more or faster with Telkom. Cell C is the best, perhaps connectivity at time is not so good

No many people know the difference between a 1Byte, 1kb, 1MB, 1GB and 1TB. I know the difference because I do a lot of work on computers. Yes off course videos consumes a lot of Data. BUT many computer programmes and Apps still consumes less data like in the region of 1MB to 4MB. An App as big as 5MB will take a total of 6 months or more to compile or put together. Many Apps are still small. When you download Windows 10, 11 etc, yes we can talk about 1.5GB or so, anything else is very small and should not be consuming so much data.

We are being taken for a ride because these companies think we are all naive. This is not the case. Telkom, please fix the code logarithm that is *****ing our Data for your quick profit. It is a horrible way to make money, Ag shem. I will keep checking this issue and come back to report it public and perhaps we should all move. It is very easy with WiFi Modem to move out. South Africans just watch out for this Telkom. We must move if they do not change this evil behavior. I have left my WiFi Modem number for the to check. I am not hiding anything. I am just transparent.
