Telkom is *****ing data

I woke up very early to use my night service only to get an SMS that my day data has been used up. I called the call center twice who were very rude, one was David. The other I didn't get the name. They lie, and say different stories . calls were made at 6:21 and 6:26. I'm so ****ed off. Telkom must just do away with false advertising.
