TELKOM IS ****#STAY AWAY

Good day All, if you ever consider Telkom as service provider for your fibre please think twice we've been with Telkom for some time now twice in one year they suspended our service because of non payment but we've paid the account on time and even though there was an outstanding balance we paid it just to get our fibre up and running again, so on the 1 Feb 2024 they suspended the service again for the exact same months we were suspended the last time which was March & April 2023 which we've paid this to get our service up an running again. We also tried to find Telkom offices where someone can help regarding this no TELKOM building that we went to could help us, we phoned the call centre the people are *********** an don't know how to deal with customers they don't listen to what the issue is, also on top of that last year when we had the first issue we told them the address they have on system for us is incorrect it's a year later and still hasn't been changed the account number they billing us on doesn't correspond with our account number but we've tried to explain this to the call centre they don't listen also today I spoke to a consultant from telkom by the name of KEARABETSWE MOLEFE he didn't listen shouting over me as a customer and as much as I'm trying to tell him this is the exact same reason our fibre was switched off last year an we sorted it out we paid the outstanding amount of R2000 even though our account was up to date the addresses is still wrong an the account number doesn't correspond this guy could not resolve anything and left us without a solution also I asked where there call Center is located he tells me I can't tell you that because we would like to speak face to face also I asked to speak to a team leader or manager he tells me there's no manager or team leaders on duty they all on leave. By far this is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced.So people please DO NOT GO WITH TELKOM for any service you'll be left with no service unhappy when you as a customer has been bringing your part.#TELKOM IS ****# STAY AWAY#
