TELKOM IS S**T

I Gave this company one star i actually didn't want to rate this "service Provider". i have beeeeeeeeeeeeen beeeeeeeeeeeeeeen battling with our wifi for almost three weeks now, we can not connect anything to the wifi and i keep logging faults they say they fix the issue but clearly they do not. we are supposed to be on 10MB download for the first 150 - 250GB of data used there after it drops to 4MB per sec download but this is not happening we are only getting like 100KB download at the moment.

Due to covid i have to work from home but i cannot because of this Wifi. its absolutely TRASH i say again it absolutely TRASH, they are robbing us of our money as we are not getting the service we were promised.

Also please replace help desk agents with people who have BASIC IT back round as they never understand what i say to them and they cannot provide proper feed back.
