Telkom is so useless

Telkom, the most useless ****ing company in South Africa . It has been almost 2 months and still no help from Telkom. We ordered a fixed voice line and it seems that we are just being ignored. I would advise anyone to not use Telkom. Please cancel my order as I used an alternative more efficient company. Telkom you can get back to me once you have gone for some customer service courses.
