Telkom is so cruel

On the 11 November 2019 I went to Telkom store to cancel my Finrite insurance and I was told that I should go to Finrite as they are the one who handles the cancellations, therefore I called Finrite Insurance and cancel insurance on 11 November 2019 and they told me that the insurance is being cancelled and that on the 31 Dec 2019 it will be my last day to be covered.

My argument is up until May 2020 Telkom has been debiting on my account every month until the 24 of May 2020 were I lost my phone and went to Telkom stores were I was told that my contract is being cancelled. And up until not I haven’t received any help. I want to lock a claim for new phone.
