Telkom is so confused and pathetic

I have been on the phone now for 2 hours trying to sort out the hunting facility that was setup incorrectly. I hate Telkom, My new business phone number has not been working for a week for no reason and then i ask for hunting and that does not work how pathetic and try to phone them everyone says they do not know spoke to fakile and he says hunting no you must have a switch board.
