Telkom is *****!!!! The worst company by far!!!!

1 is too much for them!!!!! This is just absolutely ridiculous!!! We cancelled our telkom account, as the wifi was not working, they said they tower is broken is will take 2years to be fixed and we can cancel if we want. We chose to cancel. They said it will be in effect the minute they arrange to send a courier to the wifi at our home. They sent over the courier if to fetch it, we handed it over to them. Yet every month they want to pull off money and more than what the instant actually was. They say the number is being used and someone from the courier company is transferring airtime from the number. They tell us we must calm the courier company. Are you serious!!! How is this our problem!!! That's ur problem!!! They are very ***** and no matter what we do they just keep pulling money off!!!!
