Pathetic customer service. Head Office never answer a call, but are quick to make a sale...

Truly appalling service. My Girlfriend cancelled her WiFi and she still receives invoices... Absolutely shocking She got a received a cancellation number as well...

I will never in my life recommend Telkom to anyone I know.
