Telkom is **** and rude

telkom employees are full of ****. its been over 24 hours my phone is not reconnected. their call centre people are rude and have no straight answers. its been 5 days without a phone and they are telling me stories. this is not the first time this has happened im utterly disgusted in how they run things. i use my phone for work and they are busy giving a dam about themselves
