TELKOM IS ****

Worst Service with ***** never ever take anything from telkom through their call center, we got a router from telkom, from the debit date they took 2 payments, of the same amount i have been complaining and reversing this debit order from January this year.

We went to the branch in Maponya mall we where told that we must not cancel the debit order as it will lead to non payment nd we will be handed over, the kady asked us to send here the statement to show that we are being double debited, till this day she has never gotten back to me or said anything.

We have been reversing the debit order since last year November they not handing us in for debt collection instead they just keep debit the account with an even bigger amount... IM SICK AND TIRED OF TELKOM I'M TAKING THIS TO OMBURDSMAN,
