Dear Telkom

I would just like to let you know of your **** Service delivery and lying to your clients this service of yours is up to **** and i do not appreciate being **** to the whole time, you take more clients every day and you cant even keep them happy how about the new once...?

we where with the technician when he told you there are no ports available for the installation and when i phoned you guys said he said it is a faulty line

the technician out of the 3 times we had an appointment with only pitched once

every time i phoned telkom they kept making new appointments and every time i took off from work there was no one who came

if you phone and try to speak to a manager they are always in a meeting and never phone back

Do not Take any offer from telkom as they can not give you the service you require
