Telkom is sh-t

Hello i have upgrade my fone by telkom not long ago so wen i whas ther they told me i have a 50 day free screen repair on my phone .so 2 weeks pass and my phone foll out of my pocket wen i get into my car by the mall so i went back in side and whanted to give my phone in so the guy that help me upgrade ask if i regasterd the phone for the screen repair so i told him u didnt say enny ting about that so he just say he tolf me about the screen repair bud noting about regasterd the phone it 2 weaks now and they still dont whant to take my phone in for repairs they told me i can take my 6 contracks away they dont care
