telkom is sh*t

<p>i tried increasing my spend limit with Telkom and whenever I do it they always having problems with their systems and this is the 3rd time this year that I have experienced it, now I'm obligated to stay with them as I have a contract but never again will I take my cellphone contract with Telkom nor will I recommend them to friends or family, had it been an emergency then I couldn't increase my limit and because of the type of contract I cannot buy airtime at the shop. I think that this is utter bull as they keep upgrading systems, how many times do you upgrade your system to accommodate your customers. I'm sure that Telkom has Mickey mose people upgrading there system because this can't happen all the time. If I had a choice I'll give my cellphone back and pay them my balance and move to another network.</p>
