Telkom is severely bad

Telkom is a such service provider..firstly i have been having issues that they come into jy account anytime they want and they dont find money in my account because i only put money in my account on our agreed date it was month end. They advise me to take it the 5th i did but the problem continued i have been forever owing then extra R200...secondly i discovered every month i charge more than i am supposed to when i call they say i have subsciption asked them to cancel all they say all are cancelled but the following my i am charge extra again they tell me same story i asked them to cancell and this thing went on and on till recently..3rdly i 3 days back they suspended my account..when i called them they say the sytem reflected that i owe them R375 for june now on october😪and my account was suspended without any communication on my side i called them..they said i must pay R375 i paid it on the 29th today it 1st of november my account is still suspended i can do anything no data,i cant make phone calls ..i call them agaij they say it might be opened on monday..i askig them so i must wait 6days full with phone that has no access to internet and calls they say there is nothing i can do..mind you i wasnt owing them anything..my account is suspended for a June thing they claim i owe them R375..telkom is the worst service provide..they only looking out to exploit us money..plz help hellopeter
