Telkom is sending me **** bills again, which they apparently sorted out 2 years ago

<p>I moved out of my appartment and cancelled my Telkom account, but I still received telkom bills for months after that.</p> <p>I refused to pay, so they tarnished my credit record.</p> <p>It took months for them to sort out the issue, and remove the "in arrears" amount from my account.</p> <p>I signed up for a new Telkom line a few months ago, and now they expect me to pay that rediculous "in arrears" amount again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not owe them anything at all. I paid every month up front, for each month that I had a standing Telkom account.</p>
