Telkom is selling us out to WWAS

Telkom's WWAS is the worst insurance company I've every dealt with. I purchased my cellphone via Telkom Springs of which I did receive a good service with Telkom staff and the service they gave. But when it comes to the insurance company nominated by Telkom, I would never recommend WWAS to anyone. Its almost 7 months now I don't have a phone. I had to take another contract with Telkom in June 2024. I still don't have my A73. They sent it back to me 4 times already with the same problem unfixed...

Do not insure with WWAS, You will regret ever insuring with Telkom.
