Telkom is **** - They refuse to cancel our account for 2 years but send debt collectors

I wish I could review negative stars. You are the worst company. We've been trying to cancel our accounts for 2 years. My poor mother is now being contacted by debt collectors, thanks to Telkom, but they refuse to cancel the account.
